This PC Can’t run Windows 11

Summary: When setting up a virtual machine in Hyper-V, you receive a message “The PC doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of Windows.  For more information, visit https://aka.ms/Windows SysReq”.

Solution: Turn off the VM, then open up the VM settings. You should check that at least 4000 MB of RAM has been assigned, along with 2 Virtual Processors and that the TPM has been enabled, see the below video for a guide.
