Work Folders – Step 03 – An object (User or Group) with the following name cannot be found

Notes: This issue is usually due to being logged in as the local administrator rather than ACME\Administrator, as a first step you should log out, then back in again using the ACME\Administrator username, then repeat Step 3.

However, it is also possibly caused by a loss of connectivity with the domain controller as shown in the video below.
